snack ideas?

Okay, so I'm finally going to begin this diet that I've been putting off for a few weeks now. These holidays really messed me up. I need some help though ( Read more... )

all i could recommend in terms of snacks is something i recently found, and it's great- GoLean snack bars! they come in chocolate and peanuts or chocolate and caramel, etc....theyre about 180 calories per bar and have this special glycemic index thing for slow-release carbs, meaning it keeps you fuller longer, so it's great for energy boosts and as a snack between meals. hope that helps!

Personally, I like to eat non-buttered popcorn, and fruit...that's what I try to snack on.

i really like oatmeal. you can eat an entire bowl's worth for 150 or so. it's extremely filling and it fills you with energy-- and it's great for you. i just add water to mine, because i want to keep it low-cal (i like it though)... if you crave sugar you can probably add splenda or something.

fruit and vegetables, and i really like rice cakes so i eat those a lot, haha
