haven't posted in a while,
but i finally hit the 90 pound mark.
for those of you who don't know me,
i used to look like this:
and, these days,
i'm looking like this:
i went from a size 22
to a size 9.
how? running. and lots of it.
pilates, to tone
and cutting out fast food, soda,
and a serious drop in my calorie consumption.
