okay i need help. i have been going to the gym off and on for quite some time now but i have only been doing cardio. sure, it burns a lot of calories, but i really need to tone up and gain some muscle so i can burn calories all day. but i don't know how to use the weight machines. and i'm too shy to ask someone who works there. i have been ( Read more... )

hmm... i dont know of any websites but usually there are diagrams and instructions on the sides of the machines. you can always do everything a machine does with just your own body. try some push ups, crunches, squats etc. and you'll gain muscle that way too
