I've tried that green tea pill EVERYONE buys from drugstore, while it doesn't exactly help with the weightloss, it does help with the energy level. I use it to replace coffee instead.

how does it differ from actually drinking green tea?

i wouldn't ever recommend a diet pill because from my experience all they do is mess with your metabolism and you might start losing weight at frist because diet pills are loaded with caffeine and chemicals [although they may claim to be natural or whatever like green tea pills, or at least the ones i got] and once youstop taking them you're metabolism has only been slowed down so you put the weight back on.
i tried hoodia a few months ago which seemed to be working and i had stopped taking them just because i was lazy and i didn't gain any weight back or anything like that. its expensive though like $40 a bottle.
but overall i'd say stay away from diet pills/supplements/etc, going by my experience.
