you could always prepare healthy snacks so when you get home and you grab those instead of junk, then even if you shouldnt be eating late at night, youre eating healthier. you could do cut up veggies, fruit, fat free popcorn. they make those 100 calorie pack snacks, if you can resist eating more than one those could work. if you dont want to eat at all, when you get home you could go brush your teeth or something. i never want to eat anything after i brush my teeth. as for the exercise i have no idea haha
do you eat much during the day? because if you don't that's probably why you're so hungry when you get home
