Once again, the time to go back to school has arrived. I start my sophomore year of college on Monday. I even have English Comp II out of the way, and you know, it wasn't all that bad. As of now, I have 39 credit hours, I'll have 52 by the end of this semester, and 64 by the end of the year; 4 more credits than required for graudation ( Read more... )

Your newspaper pays you? Lucky! I don't even get credit...sad day. Sounds like it'll be a good year!

Yeah they pay, but not very much... you don't even get credit? I know my paper at least offers that. Hmm. What a sad paper Durango has. ;-)

you can get credit. i don't have time to take the class so i'm signed on as a freelancer. i do it for the experience and the resume padding, but...it would be nice if the Indy paid me per story!

It'd be nice if I get paid per story too, but I guess per issue isn't bad, either. Resume padding it is indeed. I just need to get into non-creative writing mode. What do you write for them normally?
