My rare times in being at the 3rd street promenade,Me and my friends were just hanging out. Checking out the scene and the stores. When we said to ourselves "Let's go to the Arcades at the pier." So we go, cross the street. We were Three Fourths into the crosswalk when when the number on the traffic light hit zero. We took our sweet time crossing
