hell things that make you want to go up and bitchslap someone is more like it. You know they point out the odvious but it makes you wonder what are THEY doing to help the situation? There are alot of "support".. or "do this to show your suport" but yet why not do something physically?

I guess im just picky about it. Like down here.. we do recycle... but yet i know people who do the "donate to help with the warming climate" yet they dont recycle. I know not everyone does... but sometimes i wonder about the hypocritical ones.

Funny that was my reaction,almost the same word. how do we tell the newly developing contries to stop now?
I do think that politicians think we are all stupid....they maybe right as we vote for them.

I'm actually one of those apparently annoying people who don't think human beings are much to blame for global warming ;)

We *definitely* need to stop dumping poisons into the environment from vehicles and industry, but I treat that as a separate issue.

Really? So, you just think this is all just a natural progression? You think that this is the earths natural progressions and scientist that have projected over the last 30+ years that the changes are too rapid or quicker then standard study cycle of the earth are wrong?

Curious... each to their own opinion really, but very interesting.

I'm not so naive as to think we've had no effect on global warming. I also don't think we have anywhere enough data to assign the lions share of the problem at the doorstep of humanity. At least not in regards to global warming.

Poisoning lakes and clear cutting and the rest of the damage, definitely. We should all be doing what we can to help the environment. Don't mistake my dubious look at global warming for an endorsement of the status quo ;)

LOL I had much the same reaction when I heard that story on the radio news while heading to work this morning... cant remember if they said "very likely" human made or "mostly" human made.... but either way I felt like screaming back at the radio " NO FUCKING SHIT SHERLOCK!!!" you mean to tell me they actually pay people to come out with research results and comments like that???
