I went to the ER yesterday morning, spent several hours, had a cathater so I could have a sonogram... They said I either have an ovarian cyst that could have possibly ruptured (they couldn't see it on the sonogram) or a spastic colon

Maybe read up on endometriosys (sp) Ask Sunny possibly, not sure.
An ex of mine had that and your symtems sound familiar. Hope it turns out to be nothing serious and is fixed soon though.
