Lord, I'm so behind on a "real" update, it's not funny. My thoughts keep scattering away like...oh, I don't want to use some worn-out simile. Let's say...coffee grounds. Have you ever spilled coffee grounds while trying to maneuver them to the coffeemaker? It goes everywhere...well, if you go for a standard medium grind, which I usually do. ( Read more... )

ME!

Yes, I'll toddling after them all through Europe. Should be fun, though.

Oh god, you walking around wailing "The Circle of Life" will stop being cute...about five minutes ago. And I think every smoking entertainer wants and needs an Oscar ashtray.

*sob* Stop holding the Rufus clone over my head! I guess I'll have to start trawling theatres and cocktail lounges and hardware stores for a Stephen clone.

I'm going to make the best damn Disney song ever, though. It'll be so good that people won't even be ashamed to admit they like it and play it at their wedding!

the picture of you "toddling" alone is damned adorable, and takes me right back to the baggie-o-cheerios thing. well, they're kind of a funkyish little band. it should be fun. will you bring me home a bassist t-shirt?

"the circle of life" is only made more annoying by the fact that i still don't know the words... so i'll continue with my rendition: "the ciiiirrrcllleee offf liiifffeee and it... something... something sommeeethhhiiinggggg.."

I guess I'll have to start trawling theatres and cocktail lounges and hardware stores for a Stephen clone.

...so basically, what you're saying to me is that i'm essentially replaceable by any long island bulldyke?

i never worried that you'd write a crap disney song. you can't write crap for anyone, even if you were asked to. now i'm going to slink back to stage work, if you'll excuse me :-*.

I'm glad you had a fantastic time.

It's like saying that I'm a good piano player.

I couldn't help but burst into a fit of laughter when I read that. We all know there's no descriptive word in any language on this planet for how fantastic and amazing of a piano player you are.

I too look forward to seeing all in Sydney. It has been far too long since I have seen Anna and Kate! It will be good to see you as well. Nick said your New Years Eve party was quite something.
