So the Head Brewer is off on vacation. He's going to be gone for the next week-and-a-half or so, which means I'm now driving the brewery. Oh sure, the brewery owner is around as well, but he doesn't spend much time in the brewhouse, so for all intents and purposes I've got the brewery to myself
