I've tried to quit weed many times. I know it sounds stupid but the way I did it was I just said FUCK IT why would I keep doing something I've been trying to quit for sooo long? So I just stopped. When you want to smoke, just don't. If you're friends are gonna smoke, just ask that they smoke BEFORE they hangout with you instead of during or just go walk around the block while they smoke.
