Lookit this view, this is from the advertising for a house my buddy is looking on Whidbey island. It looks like it's fake it's so pretty, but in the spring and summertime, it looks this lush round here. Leslie lives there too, so if C got it, worlds would collide. Leslie would actually love Caryn, and vice versa. I'm destined to live in Whidbey

In the description, it states "no permits ever pulled". Was it built without building permits? I would be very careful, the worst case scenario might be that it would have to be demolished.

Another issue is that you probably can't get a mortgage on an unfinished house. You would have to pay cash.

She's very good with money, she's got some squirreled away, i'm sure of it. She's so hippie granola tree hugger, she wants to be out away from people. I think what she's planning to do is to re-start her school, hence the huge property. I wholeheartedly approve, what better woman to take care of me in my old age, a school marm with two girls who can do my chores for me. Fix my hair, drive me around. Yea.
