Things I enjoyed about this evening's episode of Glee:

• The brief four minute period in which Quinn stood up for her beliefs.

• The brief four minute period in which Quinn stood up for what was right.
• The brief four minute period in which Quinn decided that she needed to take time to figure out what was best for her.
• Kurt and Finn. Any scene they're together causes me/my inner rewind!Quinn to be happy. Kurt & Finn are her boys.
  • 
    
• CAROLE HUDSON/HUMMEL.

Things I didn't enjoy about this evening:

• everything else.
  

Specifically:

• The period in which Quinn decided it was completely alright for Sam to act immaturely and childishly and fight Karofksy simply because he looked like such a dreamboat doing it.

• The period in which people were basically handed ammunition to hate Finn as a character...lol oh wait that was the whole fucking thing, because for some reason, despite the fact that Finn is consistently overcoming any close mindedness he may have in any episode, he continues to revert back to being a villain/inconsiderate/completely misunderstanding of Kurt as a character. Was this not the same boy who made a dress from a shower curtain and defended him? I think we've gone long enough with the "Finn's a terrible person" thing.
  • Spoiler alert: Finn's my favorite character.

• NO. QUINNCEDES. There was one moment while the four of them were in the aisle and did the hand thing, but otherwise there was no interaction at all. Quinn being with Sam immediately equates to her not being fierce & independent with 'Cedes? 
• Finchel. Finchel finchelfinclehflaffefefalfafiaf dramz. Can the drama llama evacuate the building ASAP? I'm not saying I'm not down for Finntana - quite the opposite, I love Santana and Finn and they were hot as hell together and also their voices worked well. I'm just saying that I know the result of that drama is going to be Santana ending up alone and feeling useless because she doesn't have a man (see next point), and Finn groveling for Rachel's forgiveness via shared, intense looks during a cover of a classic rock song that perfectly encapsulates his feelings re: her as a person.

• SANTANA IS SINGLE, THEREFORE HER LIFE IS A VOID OF DESPAIR. OH, YOU WERE A FIERCE, INDEPENDENT LADY? SORRY, NOW YOU'RE RELIANT ON OTHERS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY - SPECIFICALLY THE GUY YOU SLEPT WITH LAST YEAR AS A CONQUEST.

And that's what you missed on Glee.
