it does sound neat. the thing is that people buy "debt" for pennies on the dollar in fact, so if you could set up a company to do just that... one dollar =maybe a hundred of debt.... i think its fascinating

I like the idea of people who have a bit to spare being able to help out those who are in too deep to dig out. It's a pleasant daydream.
