I'm on the ballot. I have one person running against me. He just graduated university and bought a house. I think if I concentrate on the people in my apartment complex -- most of whom are poor -- I have a shot at winning. Money will be tough. My calculations are that I'll need a minimum of $650 for flyers, etc. But I can spread the cost out
