My friend just called and asked if I wanted to go to the cemetery for a shoot at 1am tonight. To which I promptly replied, "Fuck no!" I'm such a scary cat, I know.

I really should stop sneaking out at night. But good grief, it's thrilling. Cycling around the block in the dead quiet? Beyond wicked.

It took me a long time to realize, why fit in when you can stand out of the crowd and be unique? But I guess it's better late then never. There are too many carbon copies out there and too little room for individuality these days.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! They made me all smiles. This year, I spent a relatively quiet birthday partly because I've been feeling quite detached from everyone else lately. Goodbye 18, hello 19. It's the first birthday without my mum by my side, it feels... strange. But I'm okay. Or I think I am.

Out of boredom, I made my own light tent today. There are still LOTS to improve on it but I took some test pictures. Didn't turn out as well as I expected, but I think I'm gonna like it once the improvements are put into place.
