so, the friday before last, i was at work getting ready to leave, and i pulled out my back. all that happened was that my phone rang, and i turned to answer it, and holy crap! pain. on the following saturday evening i could hardly get up off the floor. now it's a week later and i've been chilling on my couch all week with t3's and a hot water
