Back from her morning outing with Spirit, Adora stretched out on her bunk with a letter she'd received from Glimmer over the weekend and the means to write back to her friend.

It was odd that Prince Edward happened by her room. He paused, stepped back, and then forward to stand in her doorway.

His cheeks were pink.

"Adora," he said quietly, unusual for his normal exuberant self. "Might I have a moment of your time?"
