Alright, so on Friday I owned my Russian midterm after many hours of studying and flashcard-making. It was pretty empowering. I memorized a list of 20th century Russian authors and their dates of death with a mneumonic so powerful, I think that I'll probably remember most of them for a long time. IF you know me, you're probably aware that I'm a "Front Rower." That is, in a discussion class, I like to sit in the front row.
