 I was doing so well.

I have not gained a pound since March. I've lost 23 lbs since March 18th.

I am not okay.
I am not thin.

I was so happy, because I'd been taking pictures and comparing them, and seeing such a difference. But I STILL see no difference when I look in the mirror. Not even the slightest. In fact, if I hadn't been taking measurements, ( Read more... )

30lbs by August...you probably won't be able to lose that in a healthy way unfortunately. You could drop around 20lbs or so by the start of August if you eat a really specific diet and do intensive exercise for the next ten weeks or so though. If you want I can tl;dr about about this 'cause budget weight loss + muscle growth was my thing before I got lazy and ballooned again. :T

(I bet you're not fat though.)

tl;dr, PLEASE. I was on a super healthy diet, and I think losing 20 lbs in 2 months was a pretty big accomplishment but as I'm getting lower it's getting more and more impossible ;w; please please please thank you thank you

Well, I don't know what you look like or how much you weigh, but... I guess so long as you're doing it healthily, good luck! ;3;

But... yeah, feeling ugly sucks hardcore and you shouldn't have to feel like that, regardless of whether you actually are or aren't. ;;
