does anyone know someone that lives in asia that can find tell me about Atsuzoko Boots and other strange fashions there? It all very hard to find online when you speak on a 2 year olds level of japanese.
I used to live in japan, but that was 5 years ago. But I know that high-high platform type shoes have been around for a while there. They have been a problem, because you can really break your ankles, legs, or whatever with those since they are so high... If you look in any japanese magazine, most likely the majority of images you see are people with those type of shoes... Back 5 years ago, they had this trend of the oversized socks. Not sure if its still around but...eh, I didn't really like them. But the sock was like two times wider than their legs and they scrunched them down so that the socks overlapped their shoes. I don't know if that is some of what you wanted to know...but yeh. Thats what I remember.
