Holy. Holy SHIT MY HEART, YOU BROKE IT. :'|

But. You. Are so amazing, Man-D. Seriously, this fic was just intense. I loved all the details and info you incorporated about their later lives in Death City, since it really did make the whole thing feel like they were ten years older and not just the kids thrown in some different circumstances. You could actually feel the experience and years on all the kids as you read and that is pretty damn awesome, dude. And I really like how you've adapted them to the TYL setting, because they're all very much IC and yet find some sort of place in this universe that just fits very well ( ... )

I wanted to make sure that they came across as older, and battle-worn (for the most part), so I'm glad you picked up on that! They definitely would be a lot different in TYL than they would be current day. And I'm glad they seemed IC (I was a little worried about John to be honest).
