i liked under the western freeway a fair bit but was never able to get into their other stuff that much. few bands leave a legacy as striking as "AM180", at least.
I've heard a few people say that over the past day or so, and it completely throws me off. The Sophtware Slump is one of the top five most influential and evocative records of my entire life, easily. Even beyond personal attachment, I'd still rank it right up there with the Soft Bulletin, in terms of pure pop quality.
