Tiger Weekly is publishing their "freshman orientation" issue next week. I have to write an article about freshman horror stories, and it's due Wednesday. So....LSU kids, cough up your horror stories. I know you got some!
Well my horror story was not knowing a damn person when I moved to Louisiana and started attending LSU. I didn't start making friends until about a month into the semester. My advice is that you have to open yourself up to everyone, don't be shy or afraid a person won't like you or think you are weird, walk up and talk to people (for example, smoking a cig outside of Blake Hall) and try to be outgoing even if you are not.
