The restrainning orders been extended to a year and I've been taken off. Me, Mom, and my Dad have all been ordered to get counsoling. Im able to see my dad whenever I like and talk to him now. I called him today, all he talked about was getting the house up for sale and stuff like that. I asked him if mom and dad were still going to be friends

My dad is very abusive. I have had to deal with it from the day I was born. When I was just a month old me and my mom went to a shelter in Idaho because he had hit her. He found us somehow. When we lived in T.R.E. we stayed with my Grandma many times because of it. In Gardnervill we had a restrainning order placed on him because of it. He fought my mom in court about it and the Judge told him if he said one more thing to my mom he would have him arrested right there. Well when it was over he walked by my mom saying "I love you too" and the Judge had him arrested. Hes mostly verbally and mental abusive, but when he blows up like he did on Tuesday he gets physically abusive. Like last year when he punched me. Thats why my mom and I left. I never understood why my mom put up with it for so long. I know I wouldnt. If the person I was with layed a hand on me Id beat the shit out of them.

Besides that, John and I's six month anniversary was the 13th. During our stay at the shelter they gave a $15 voucher to get some clothes at Classy Seconds beacause we couldnt go home to get a change of clothes, so we took John and got some rad stuff. It was half price day so we got $30 bucks worth of second hand clothes for free. John got a rad pink and white striped butten down and a track jaket looking thing. It reminds me of George in Blow when hes walking his daughter home and sees hes ex-wife, that jaket. He got a brown UPS looking jacket too. I got some levis 518's, and hot pink with black polka dots night gown. Its hot, Im going to turn it into a skirt. I also got two of the same shirts, they are white with polka dots on them. Ones got yellow dots and the others got pink ones. Im going to reconstruct them. Today we went to the race track and watched the races. It was fun for the first half then it got old. So we left with Mikey, picked up Jessica and got ciggerettes.
