Somebody took down the John Stewart quote board a couple of years ago, but he came out with a gem today which would have deserved pride of place. In referring to the basses tendency to go flat on the second syllable of "Jehovah":

"Basses, don't go down on the ho."

Oh man...I think I was the one that wrote almost all of the quotes on that sheet. We should bring it back, starting with that one.

My dad cracks me up. :D

I definitely did not hear that one either.

I still think my personal favorites are(from years past):

"If you sing it that way, there won't be a dry seat in the house".

and

"F me, Craig!"

You came in about a minute late. You may have noticed Scott and I cracking up in the back.

I always was a fan of "Ladies, don't be seduced by the baritones."

Does Nate really count as a Baritone? I'd say baritenor.

Please tell me that John had no idea what he just said, and kept on with the rehearsal. Because that = golden!

He never notices when he says these things. Other memorable ones:

"Sopranos, you're sagging."
"Ladies, sit up and expose your chests."
