What's everybody's favorite erotic thriller? I wonder if there's a great one that I haven't seen.

I think that, when all is said and done, mine is DRESSED TO KILL. When I think "erotic thriller," it's immediately what comes to mind.

Oddly enough, before I even saw that you wrote Dressed to Kill, that's immediately what I thought of when it comes to "erotic" thriller. Brian de Palma's makes pretty erotic films, I'd say. Even Blow Out was erotic.

Have you ever watched the Showtime series, Dexter? That's both erotic and bloody. A very appealing combination. You should check that show out if you haven't already.

Also...Bound, Torchwood, Nip/Tuck season 4.

DEXTER is awesome -- I'm almost at the end of season 1.

TORCHWOOD is one of my favorite shows ever, although I'm not sure it translates especially well if you don't have a fondness for BBC sci-fi. :)

*edit: I really should have put DEAD RINGERS on this list because it's so fucking batshit amazing -- better than BODY DOUBLE, which I just love for the 80s Craig Wasson thing -- but it's hard to watch and therefore not one of my favorites.

Oh shit. In addition to forgetting VIDEODROME, I forgot GHOST STORY -- another Craig Wasson from the 80s. I need to redo my list...

Hell, I never thought of Videodrome as an erotic thriller. If it counts, that's my favorite! I also really like Dead Ringers and Body Double (although I agree that it's hard to watch... works better in parts than as a whole).
