I am sorry about the recent low lights. I know that it can be hard. Please know that there are plenty of people who care for you and are keeping you in their prayers. Also, I wanted to let you know what I do whenever I go through those phases, maybe it is something that can help you out a little bit, are you ready... Dumb and Dumber marathon!
