galore is great. i have disengration, which is almost to full of their more depressing songs (not quite as siamese dream...siamese something...it had alot more on it...as far as i remember)
no, i haven't. is it good? i am usually very anti cover-songs...
disintegration is amazing, now i don't understand how i could call myself a cure-fan without having heard it. a very dear friend sent it to me not long ago and i was obsessed immediately.
just because most of them are so horribly bad. kelly osbourne, papa don't preach? magnet, lay lady lay? just about any other cover song (i am drawing a complete blank at the mooooment...)
yes, but that's ok, because if you leave it alone for a while, it comes to life again and suddenly it gets better by each time you "rediscover" it, that's my experience with that sort of thing at least. i am an absolute u2-fiend, but lately i must admit i don't have time to listen to the albums as much as i used to. so when i DO, i just get shivers down my spine, some of that stuff is so good!
LOL! alllllll my U2-cds, Beatles-cds and Stones-cds are sorted chronologically and in each their own shelf. The system is impeccable. It's the 500++ other cds that are the problems. ;)
i was actually looking at an ad for that today, wishing really hard that one would drop from the sky and be mine. it's also on the list of "100 things Irene cannot afford right now". :P
