I went to the mall today to buy some stuff for Spirit Week. Well you dont have to do it my way. But what i do..
Morning: Eat a protien bar ((they are nast as shit, if it taste good, then its not a good one))

Afternoon:: Eat something normal.. but less then what i normall eat.

Evening: same as above.

Dont eat after 6.

Drink TONS OF WATER Like.. you need to get your OWN water bottle!! and fill it non-stop.

And every morning... or every night do sit ups, pushups, and other types of exsersize. Go running if you can.
