I feel so gross lately. I need to get back on track. I've gained somewhere between 1-8lbs. I've only weighed myself once with all my clothes on, in the middle of the day so I don't really know. But I did spend about 2 months at home and going out to lunch and dinner with my grandmother at least 2-3X a week. I can see how it happened. I just wish I
