It's been an eventful weekend for me, it seems. The week in general was also busy, for obvious reasons, but I ended up passing the exams with grades among the top of my class. ...Thanks. Despite my troubles, I enjoyed myself and getting the chance to speak with the sister about her encounters with Elvis and different bands from that era.

Well, she told me to say hello to my "delightful little friend" and that you're welcome to visit and chat with her any time you want. And she says next time she'll make sure to have tea and cakes for you both. ^^;

I'll keep that in mind. I'll more than likely be moving to the Tokyo area soon, so it'll be much easier to pay her a visit once that happens. And I imagine my father would enjoy speaking to her also. He is the one who first got me into Elvis' music, after all.

It's possible. Though apparently, he also tried to come by the house during the weekend while you were here, but Okaa-san told him I had a "special guest" visiting right now and I was preoccupied. I'm guessing he put two and two together and got upset because he thought I was ignoring him in favor of paying attention to you. Which wasn't the case, despite how irritating he can be sometimes.

Too late. I got tired of him hovering and slapped him for it. Which did make him stop, but also made him storm out of the house while shouting that I didn't care about anyone from Midoriyama anymore. Now that I'm feeling a little less tired and not quite as irritable as I was yesterday, I need to call him and apologize. He does a lot of things that are annoying sometimes, but he's still my best friend and I shouldn't let him think that he isn't important to me.

[OOC: ><;; Sorry. Didn't know his layout would end up causing problems like that. I use Firefox instead of IE, so it didn't even occur to me that it might not work for those with ( ... )

I'll be calling him shortly to apologize and explain things to him. He mostly seems to be upset because he thinks I don't care about him or anyone from Midoriyama anymore, which isn't true. I'm not going to just up and forget any of my friends once I move on to high school, least of all my best friend. But I'll admit if he tries to do something like that again and I know he eventually will, I'm not going to put up with it. So any efforts to distract him at such a time will be much appreciated.

I see. I did not think anyone would expect you to forget. We may be forgotten a lot, but we were a team. Alright, let me know when you need it.

I hope it was a yes. Trust me, it is easier to go along with it.

It seems to be hitting him harder than I thought that we're all moving on to other schools. He's not quite ready for the change and so he freaked out when he found out Echizen had been here and he hadn't been aware of it though honestly, I wasn't aware I had to inform him of every person who visits my house, so assumed I had already ditched him and everyone else in favor of people from Seigaku. A stupid assumption to make, but he has a habit of letting his emotions get the better of him and not thinking things out ( ... )
