So I feel like writing in here on occasion may be good for me since I don't have a person I can tell everything to anymore. Though no one really uses Lj anymore (besides one or two exceptions) I doubt many, if any, people will read it. I am perfectly fine with that. Call this complaining, venting, talking to myself, what what have you. I feel like

I don't think anyone's future is for certain. I'm 23 and my future went down the toilet. I think it's why I actually came back to LJ after 5 years of inactivity. I was working as a truck driver for a ceramic tile company. Was there for over 3 years averaging $2 pay raises anually. I had a 401k, the whole medical package (health, dental, optical), a work van to drive whenever I wanted on top of writing on my own schedule. I was making $17.50 and to just up and be laid off at the drop of a dime last November killed my plan. It doesn't seem like an ideal career, I know, but when the guy above me was making $33.50 an hour and was there for 9 years... it seemed like a solid plan
