Any recommendations for a good book would be great. I'm dying to read something thought provoking and scintillating. It's been way too long since I've read something that I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed. In fact, the last book I read like that was Memoirs of a Geisha which I read back in September or so. The Lathe of Heaven by Ursula K. LeGuin was a really interesting book if you like fantasy! The character dreams about stuff and when he wakes up, he realizes they came to life.

Thought provoking AND scinillating...erm. Thats a little hard. Have you read Summer Sisters? V.C. Andrews books? House of the Spirits?

I haven't read Summer Sisters or V.C. Andrews books, but I did read House of the Spirits. I loved that book. Did they make that novel into a movie? I thought I read about that somewhere... Hmm... well anyway thanks for the suggestions!
