I got frustrated tonight.. And reverted back to my old self. Went back to some old ways of attempting to relieve frustration. Not having enough will power to handle it just made me even more frustrated. Fuck.

You had enough will power to stop and realize what you were doing and didn't ruin everything. Self restraint to still go to work and still get out of the house and still be your beautiful self. That is something to keep in mind. You don't give yourself the credit you deserve. Like the rest of us do....right? HA! I'm proud of you for doing all that you do everyday. And you always have nene and I if you forget how beautiful and wonderful you are. <3 I love you!
