Kali started preschool/daycare this week. I had an awful time finding a lunchpail for her. Apparently kids don't use the hard rectangles that dominated my youth anymore, they have soft insulated bags. We found a Hello Kitty one

when mike-e and lisas baby started school they came over that night and were all pissed off because they had the same problem
and the attorney sent you to the da remeber thats the criminal case and has nothing to do with any compensation from the insurance/mr crazy
sign nothing
you mentioned that was the 2nd "issue" of the day isurance limits are set up #/# thats usually person/accident like 20/50 so in the event of a wreck that means that the most the isurance would pay out would be $20k for anyone person in the wreck or up to $50k total
so your case the most the insurance would pay out to you and your daughter would be $40k but say you had 2 other people in the car or another car had been hit with you at stop they would only pay out $50k spliut up between the 4 of you
im just thinking this because ive never even considered how having 2 entirley seperate accidents on the same day may affect the policy and liabilitey
I am more interested in the criminal case against him than my compensation, as this was well beyond a "ooh you tapped my bumper" sort of incident.
I spoke to the Farmers rep only briefly, I've been informed not to sign a medical release. I just want my money back for the trip to the doc and the days I missed from work. Should I be asking for more than that?
Oh, and Kali wasn't with me in the car at the time. Otherwise, this might have been a much much MUCH more serious happening, considering the crash split my back seats.
thats right no baby in the car your right way better sitch
no thats about it damages and specials
car = covered by your insurance medical bills = future med costs = time off work = travel costs = if say you have to travel i think more than 15 miles 1 way to dr
then you the intangables is there any permanet physical damage to you that will have hamper your daily life like if you lost a leg per say you could sue for the loss it but if not then your basically looking at the hard costs
ya medical release is bad news it means they can go get every med redord on you from the day you were born then use that time you fell off the trampoline in 6th grade is why your back hurts and not thier clients vehicle parked in your back seat
