finally some poetry
finally some poetry i've beeninspired to write. Yes I'm afraid William Blake has inspired me in many ways and the poems I've been inspired to write for my creative writing folio are evidence of this inspiration. Seeing as everyone was sharing some creative writing pieces, i will share some poetry. These are not the desires of a desperate housewife but the exploration of the five senses and how they realte to sexuality!!!
Touch
Rolling over the valleys and crevices
of the lush, soft pastures
that are the ravines and quarries
of your mind.
I wander down the long roads
and stop at the twists and turns
that tumble down the path
of your life.
I cross the murky waters
that run deep
within your soul
and finally rest
at the vortex of your desire.
The desire you possess
to own the universe
and me.
