Well, the idea of showing that was to have Claire and Desmond kiss. If you check the clip used in the video, and the kiss in the actual episode, I cut a fair bit of Charlie out - you can't see his hair or anything. You kinda just have to use your imagination and forget it's really Charlie there. :)

That's the hard part about creating cult ship pairing music videos - you only have so many clips avaliable and make-do with what you have. When you watch a music video for a cult ship, you pretty much have to forget what you know is true from the clips shown and take it as what the vidder implies. *shrug*
