Day Five--A Show I hate
I gave this bloody show a whole season to reel me in, I did. But I hate shows that if you miss one episode, EVER, you are completely lost(pun intended). Not to mention it was complete and utter crap anyways, and I just want to blast the bad acting from the cast and really? When you keep throwing questions and no answers, I am just going to get annoyed and walked away. Dominic Monaghan couldn't even keep me interested. And from what I heard, it just got worse.
Day Six--Fave Ep of Fave Show Vincent and the Doctor(Warning Spoilers
Vincent and the Doctor, tenth episode of the latest season of Doctor Who, has quickly become my favorite. Which is really hard to choose because let's face it, almost fifty years of material(Although I will admit, I am more familiar with new who), but when Danny and I sat down and watched, and watched how they dealt with Vincent Van Gogh, and his mental illness(es) and that one magic day won't change someone with depression's life, and you'll see this episode comes in head and shoulders above the rest. The actor, Tony Curran, who played Vincent was fantabulous, and it was the right mix of comedy and tragedy. And I loved that it didn't just ignore what had happened in the previous episode with Rory. It was just so well done.
Day Seven--Least Fave Ep of Fave TV Show--LOVE AND MONSTERS
Ok. I get it. The monster was designed by a kid. But really? What idiot thought that this episode was a good idea? Cause I will shoot them. I will be the first to admit, a Doctor Lite episode is actually pretty cool, as are companion lite episodes. I can get behind either one. Blink, Midnight, Turn Left, amazing fucking episodes. This one, just...gah. The monster was disgusting and uninteresting, the characters were really, honestly mostly losers that I couldn't even begin to like no matter how hard I tried. Elton was a moron and the Doctor was so out of character that I wanted to slap. In what sense was preserving Ursula as living Pavement and giving her to Elton a good idea?! Really? And the crude humour about a sex life? Yeah, stupid as all shit.
