The Debut show yesterday really pissed me off. It was a fund raiser, tickets cost almost $300 a piece. Lot of very wealthy people there, top people in hollywood, majors, etc. School decided to stick all of the scholarship winners in a dark corner in the back. Didn't give us ANY food or anything. Eh, you've gotta pay your dues sometimes to get what you need. My school isn't very student orriented, I've known that for a long while.

That makes it all the more sad, and I wonder how much of an impact (if any) that sorta thing has on "the industry" in general.
