We'd heard Lain was confusing, so we didn't think anything of the odd way we were thrown into the story. We watched the first disc last night... sort of. Today I realized that the content on the back didn't match what we'd seen. Further investigation revealed someone had put disc two into disc one's case. We managed to follow along well enough
