My diploma came in the mail last week. It is beautiful and shiny and I'm really excited about it. And, apparently, so is my (maternal) grandmother, because she's decided to give me an e-reader for graduation. Originally she was going to give me one for my birthday, but she decided that she really ought to celebrate my graduation with something

Nook color is the way to go! I still haven't loaded any library books on mine because I keep thinking I'll finish the books I'm in the middle of first. Sigh.

I officially have my Master's of Library and Information Science! Which, combined with my job at Princeton (which refuses to end despite being temporary), makes me a pretty kick-ass Youth Services librarian.

I'm actually surprised that I'm not as unqualified for that Goucher position as I thought I would be...but I'm still under qualified. I'm getting closer to convincing Michelle that the Baltimore area might be nice to settle in, though!
