Christmas time is crafting time!

I learned the following things about my almost 11 year old cousin Katy on Saturday:
1. She has a nearly complete super schmancy dollhouse and needs dolls to play in it with, but she does not like the regular kind because they have creepy faces.
2. What she wants for Christmas is "anything with fairies."

Something clearly had to be done.

Those are absolutely lovely. I used to have a faerie that someone made out of fimo and real ivy leaves, which if clear coated are amazingly durable and remain a vibrant green.

How lovely! Can they stand upright?

They are flying-only fairies. They don't have wire legs. One could probably make them to stand up, though, especially if they also had wings that could touch the ground for balance.

They're really quick and easy. Maybe I'll bring the stuff to the next crafty night.
