the daily exercise has left my left thigh and knee in pain for a week plus. i think i have a muscle cramp. so i decided to extend my long weekend. i went to see a doctor to get medication and MC.
by right, i can go to work. but by left, im too lazy.

lack of sleep... feels crappy.
it's 1215am and i just got back home. i hate it when i am suppose to be resting on a weekend night catching up on my videos and yet im out so late.
just got back from the movie with the boys.
