Oh, faege! This was my request, and it looks so wonderful. Coffee and chocolate is one of my all time favorite combinations. I could probably just take a spoon to the cream frosting and be happy. Thank you so much for sharing this--there's a friend's birthday coming up this weekend, and now I know what I'm making. You're the best!

EEEE, I'm so glad you like! It is amazing. I have had it for my birthday dessert every year since I can remember (blessings upon my mother). I'm usually not a frosting person but THIS FROSTING. It's so light and the coffee-flavor is just enough and the cake is so moist and just--guh. Death by goodness.

I will warn you that it tends to stick to the pans horribly, so I'd recommend lining the bottom of the pans with that baking paper or whatever it's called. It works wonders. Also, you really do want instant coffee. For some reason it doesn't work as well with the regular stuff. Enjoy! :DDD
