I can understand you not being in fandom anymore. I actually stopped watching the show for a couple of months last season, but I got sucked back in. Yeah, the show stinks more often than not these days, but god, Sam&Dean... I can't give them up. They own my soul.

It sounds so final to say it straight out, but it's mostly just recognizing what's already happened. I'll still lurk here and on Tumblr, so technically nothing will change from how things have been over the past few years. Just...probably no more fic. :\

Part of me has actually wanted to watch a few episodes, just to see what's what these days. But then I get overwhelmed by how behind I am (eep!). It's nice to know that people are still invested in the show! I don't think I'll ever follow a show as devotedly as I watched SPN back when it first started. :3 Those boys have a special place in my heart!

If you wanna watch a recent episode it should be "Baby." It's not really a stand-alone but I think you can get the gist of the current mythology well enough to enjoy it.

The fandom feels smaller than it used to be, but yeah--I'm definitely going down with this 'ship.
