late night thoughts, recovery and oddnesses

Well Mister has gotten home in one piece, we was pampered, given tea and a warm cocooning couch and got to see Streets of Fire. He is now firmly on my side to replace my old stretched out cassette with a soundtrack cd. *grinn*

His father was not upset about the repairs for the car, he'll be helping us with that and was just glad he still had two sons and was not going to identify Mister's body. They had dinner together and good chats.

His father woke up at 3am last night feeling uneasy too. It seems we all had an ill second sense about this trip. Good experience though, a reminder not to repress the power of gut instinct. Mister has been warned that I will not be repressing myself in future for anyone else's comfort (deliveries will still be courteous of course - but I WILL be heard).

The cat barfed in our bed and I had to wash all the bedding... oddly, Mister's movie watching, the laundry and my backing up cd project all finished at the same time... the synchronicity is just too amusing.

And lastly... November is fastly passing it's final days, crazy isn't it? Time seems to run away on me these days. If this keeps up I shall have to stitch my shadow to my stockings; it's a fashion thing you know... *foppish sniff* all the coolest batlings will be wearing shadows by this time next year. They flow ever so nicely, and! they breathe well for hot weather and sweaty nightclubs... even though batlings don't sweat, they expire...
