I'm not the best equipped for doing computer tech help *blush* especially in regards to web server/programs that I don't have myself. So I'm extending a request for help from a friend online

Which OS are they using?

Easiest way, really, if they remember what it's called is to go to:
START
SEARCH
For FILES OR FOLDERS

Type in the name and sit back and relax.

If they don't remember the name, just search for *.mp3 and it'll show all of them.

I don't use Firefox so I don't know the settings but it's usually in the OPTIONS section somewhere...
