Kate Bush marathon!

A box set (which includes the compiled work double cd), plus more recent releases (all but the most recent) plus some soundtrack, tribute contributions, work with other artists and the demos cd... and yes, lots of coffee.

In these parts this is called HEAVEN!

Perhaps it is fair to say I am having a Canadiana moment... *zerbert*

But I would hazard to say this is a lovely song for a day full of drizzle such as this. My retro geekiness is threatening to reign supreme. *puffed out self-mockery*

When in doubt, there is always my Priestess-y/Goddess-y costume. Normally I would wear this with moccasins and a head wreath of autumn leaves. But this year I had neither. I also didn't feel like doing the little woad-like spiral over my third eye. So the overall effect turned out a bit more everyday than in years past but it suited the purpose of ( Read more... )

None are of me in my costume in this post - which looks rather a lot like everyday wear on me without the head wreath, but... *shrug.* This one is all general Hallowe'en-y decor in the way that we like to do it - mostly in celebration of nature and the ancestors with a bit of Hallowe'en-y kitch.
